The Legislative Assembly of Andhra Pradesh, also known as the Andhra Pradesh Vidhan Sabha, is the lower house of the bicameral legislature of Andhra Pradesh. It consists of 175 Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLA).
The term of the Legislative Assembly is five years. However, it may be dissolved earlier than that by the Governor on the request of the Chief Minister. On 2 June 2014, the state of Andhra Pradesh was split to form the new state of Telangana. Andhra Pradesh was allocated 175 legislative seats with the remaining 119 allocated to Telangana Legislative Assembly. The last legislative Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh were held in April 2024.

The 16th Legislative Assembly of Andhra Pradesh constituted in May 2024 was the third assembly in Andhra Pradesh after the state's bifurcation into Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It consists of 175 MLAs.

- Only 12.5% of MLAs in the current Assembly are women
- The percentage of women in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly has been declining steadily, from 19% in 2009 to 12.5% in 2024.
